  • What about too little? I never get enough protein or fiber... is that a bad thing?
  • As far as I know being more hungry during PMS is completely normal. As for the addiction to sugar, try using splenda as a substitute... works for me. I drink green tea with splenda and it fills me up and has no calories. :)
  • I wouldn't worry about it unless lowering your sugar intake is important to you. If weight loss is your goal, sugar intake doesn't neccesarily matter as long as you are cutting calories and staying active....
