Me too. Despite all my "diet" and exercise, I just had to start taking Lopid. Now I am really contemplating becoming pescotarian, or at the very least REALLY limit my meat consumption. My heredity is winning here, and I'm only 25! Friend me if you like!

There's no sub for water, but you can add things like fresh fruit or those crystal light packets. The flavored water is good too. Ifyou're a soda fan you can even go for the flavored carbonated waters. Just make sure you log the flavorings and fruit because it does add to your calories and sodium.
