It really does matter when I first started in Nov I will still eating some sugar and drinking diet soda and eating lots of fruit. I found out not all fruit is what it's cracked up to be. I stopped all sugar as much as I can and stopped drinking anything but water. That got me 32 pounds lost.

I ran into this already myself. For me what I found out was you have to eat around your 1200 calories no matter what! It doesn't have to be right at 1200 but close. When you are eating less your body freaks out and will start hoarding weight. "starvation mode"! This is easy to fix you start eating your 1200 calories a day.…

I got hot during and after every workout of Insanity I did. If this is what you are talking about and my face would be red as well. When I ate back calories I stopped losing weight. So I read on other forums not to eat them back or it's pointless. So far so good, not eating them back! At least for me, I don't know how it is for the rest of you.
