  • Keep going! My weight sometimes just sits there, and that really gets to me. I go by inches usually I workout everyday and I can see results in the mirror and by inches lost but not on the scale. The scale is my enemy! I been trying to avoid it. But I know I won't:)

  • This is going to sound very gross but I ran into a problem one night. I was out of weight watchers and had soup. It was not low sodium:( So I opened the can and washed off the soup. Then cooked it in the water I added. I don't know if this helped any, but I was desperate! The things we do when were hungry:(
