  • Hi , I was wondering the same about myself. I have been exercising 5-6 days a week for 30-45 min and been doing this 1 month now and lost 5 pounds. I eat about 1400 calories and most weight watcher meals, drink 8 plus glasses of water , no pop of any sort. I am 51 yrs old, female, and thinkin I am not doing something right…
