Hi Jen! I totally understand how hard and scary this journey can be. I weigh 269 lbs and have always struggled with my weight. My healthy weight is 165 so I have a long way to go.. Just remember baby steps are important. Focus on small goals and don't try to change too many habits at once. That can become overwhelming.…
