I don't understand. I follow a 1200-1300 calorie diet, I exercise 3-4 times a week for 1 hr or more each time, yet I don't lose! Help!!!!

Current recommendations are for blood pressures to be lower. Important part is are you having symptoms of low blood pressure---lightheadedness, dizziness when rising from seated or lying postion. Good kidney function requires blood pressure of at least 90/60. So your OK>

You don't say where your sodium level is, but 1500-2000mg is the cardiology recommendation for sodium intake. The Amereican diet is typically much higher.
