being told in high school by then-friends that i should have been grateful someone found me attractive enough to rape at a house party.

mint chocolate chip ice cream (any brand) and baked cheetos. calorie-wise, baked cheetos aren't THAT bad (especially compared to a lot of other chips), but they're total junk. :/

opie winston from SOA - even though i hated the character, listening to jax and chibs scream made me bawl. donna winston and dawn trager from the same show. edit - even though we didn't see it onscreen, ennis holding jack's coat in brokeback mountain will seriously make me cry every time i watch it.

semi related - i get "wow, you don't LOOK jewish!" all the time. i didn't realize we had a look, or that i failed to meet your jew standards. hm.

1. drink water! carry around a water bottle with you - it's amazing how much hunger is actually just thirst 2. find an exercise you like to do - for me, it started out as jogging on a treadmill with my laptop on the dresser in front of me (my setup wasn't great) and headphones on, either listening to music or watching…

complete all of the physical fitness requirements that the government job i'd like demands. other than that - tough mudder/10k.

if you're really worried about it even after your doc said it was okay, i'd book an appointment with your ob/gyn to make sure everything's alright. better safe than sorry!

in the hot months, i love brewing a big batch of mint tea and sticking it in the freezer/fridge for a couple of hours, then pouring however much i want out at a time. i've gotten to where i just pour it into a smartwater bottle and use it when i exercise!

late fall/winter - football season, snow, cute clothes, an excuse to wear boots... what's not to love?

people seem to forget that arsenic and cyanide are as natural as apples.

my treadmill has been a complete godsend, but i'm also really anxious about people seeing me exercise - if you don't have those kind of issues, a gym membership would probably be a better bet.
-
you look wonderful! great job!

anybody that stares at or watches anybody else. you're there to work out your body, not your libido.

http://www.snopes.com/food/warnings/butter.asp snopes already did the research for you! edit: some of the research. whoops!

i love trying to substitute butter when i'm baking (it helps that a lot of my friends are vegan), but as far as preference goes, it still wins out most of the time - i just use a lot less now :)
-
cheese - terrible *kitten* like velveeta and kraft american singles, too. :( other than that... butter. now that i'm really paying attention to portion sizes i seriously can't believe how much butter i used to use when i cooked!

exactly. how many of the people depending on the state for WIC or food stamps rubbed their hands a few years ago and went "hmm, yeah, i think i'm going to pop out five or six babies and make the Hard-Working Average American™ pay for everything while i go buy prada sunglasses and a new hummer with the money i'm swimming…

i'm really wondering if hank will kill himself. i hope not - he's my favorite! - but man, that would be a rough thing to realize. :/

getting your sternum tattooed is one of the weirdest things you will ever experience - but that said, good luck, i hope it goes perfectly!
-
just seconding what everyone else here is saying - do your research! i have five and unfortunately i was an idiot and got most of them at 18/19 by friends (they had and somehow still have a shop, but they can't tattoo for *kitten*) because i thought they were great - it took a while to realize they're mediocre at best,…

just kidding, maybe that shower won't help :o thank you!
-
ohh, if only. :( i do have a hot shower though, that might help!
-
damn. i think i'm going to let it rest for today, if it feels better by tonight i'll just go for a walk or something... get at least a little bit in! thank you for your reply (: i had initially wondered if not stretching right was my problem, but over the last couple of days i've been making a point to stretch/warm up for…

my thoughts exactly - i'm amazed at some of the people in this post. why is it any of their frigging business what someone else is doing with their body? unless it's your parent, sibling, spouse, child or best friend, shut your mouth and don't say a damn thing unless they specifically ask for your opinion.

i just finished eating a whole wheat tortilla with shredded chicken, spinach and homemade bbq sauce - there's so much to do with shredded chicken that i usually buy two or three breasts at once, cook them and keep the shredded meat to use all through the week :)
-
i see "house cleaning" a lot for like, 600 calories or something ridiculous - makes me wonder if a) i've been doing it wrong or b) their house is in a perpetual state of filth, hoarders-style

i have a full tattoo planned for my right thigh - still working on the left :)
