I lost my dad over 30 yrs ago & never had a chance to say goodbye.:brokenheart: I still miss him but as time goes on, the fond memories far outweigh the sadness. Time really does heal, it will take awhile but will get better. Thoughts & prayers are with you & yours. :flowerforyou:

Yikes! my core is screaming! my arms are burning! but I managed another 3 mins today. Grand total as of Wed ...:drinker: 9.5 mins. Let's see if I can still move in the morning!

Done! even though I had to break it down today, I did another 3 mins. (60+30+30+30+30) + the last 2 days. Drum roll please, lol! 6.5 mins so far. :happy: Wondering how bad I'm going to hurt tomorrow! :frown:

First of all no one should be hungry when losing weight & there is no excuss for not being able to reach 1200 cals, or any weight goal. This is just a small example of how you can up your cals.
