A handful of nuts, walnut, almond, etc. they are good for you & high in calories. You should have no problem meeting your daily requirements without feeling stuffed. :happy:

It's possible it's allergies but most likely a cold because your immune system is low. I take Cold FX every winter, haven't had a cold for 3 years.

Don't forget bone structure makes a difference too. I'm 5'5" thighs are 22", they were 24.5". I danced & walked the inches off! LOL! Boobs went too, so if anyone see's them, please send them home!!!:angry:

I too thought about your blood sugar, so I looked at this past week in your diary & your sugar levels are way over. I'm not diabetic but I am borderline hypoglycemic, so my blood sugar is always low. If I overdue it on sugar, it bumps my level up & it's when it wears off, my level crashes lower than where it started.…

The OP did specify Blood Test Was the test you had done called IGG IGE? I'm a fellow Canadian & curious if the cost was covered. I know what my food allergies are but would like to find out if I also have intolerances to things I do eat.
