Iam going to give mine away. I never in the past have gotten this close to losing all the weight but this time Iam getting close. So I will be giving them away.

I will be doing the same soon. I plan to add Insanity into my 3 round of P90X. You might just want to review the dvd's and pick out the ones you like and add them to your workout. Hope that works for you. Can't wait to join you on this one. tc.

Yes very intense workout and it WORKS....doing it 3 days a week will be enough. You will see results just stick close to your diet. It really works. good luck

I have hip troubles also. The same thing...Degenerating hip joints. Just went to my doctor this pass week about it. Hip paincan be painful on a daily bases.I take meds and keep moving. Do yoga and alot of stretching..Glad your looking into other workouts programs. Swimming should help. good luck.

Yes,it seems like your working out alot and not taking in enough. So So up your intake of foods. Your protein snacks can be a protein bars or shakes. Just watch the sugar and calories. You can eat cheese strings , yogurts, cottege cheese ( you can add friuts to that ) and nuts.

I snack on trail mix, cheese sticks, nuts and protein bars. If I want some thing sweet....fat free pudding cup or sherbert

I LOVE all of her dvd's. I love Yoga Meltdown. I love it because she adds high reps movements and she does it in sets. I burn 248-347 calories. Not bad for Yoga.

Don't stress over carbs. Eat more protein and drink protein shakes and smooties for breakfast. You can fill up with fiber and friuts also. good luck.

That's the way I exercise . I workout on an empty stomach and Iam fine. I make sure Iam well Hydrated with water and then after my workouts I have my protein shake.

I LOVE Zumba. I just started about 2 week ago and I can see my arms and shoulder def getting better. I really enjoy it. It works.

Iam going to start again clear out the clutter. The kids will be back in school and I really need to clear out drawers , cabinets and closets. Need to just get it done.
