  • The Biggest Losers and Jillian Micheals have great great DVD's series. You will love them and they are cheap at Walmart and Target. $ 7-10 bucks
  • I had to give it up Pizza and Reese Cups.. I miss it But Iam doing better without it.Scale is moving.

  • It's really best to rest so you can come back strong. You don't want to make it worst and be out longer. Eat clean and start reviewing other workout dvd's to do when your better. Go on utube and look at different workouts .Write them down.

  • Just do what you can with P90X . You can start it when your ready and do what you can. I had to get up eary and do my workouts 4:00 am. That was hard but It worked out well. Iam doing round 3 of P90x and going strong. Stay focus and on your weekends do a nice walk or run and stretch workout. Watch your meals ..eat close to…
  • Why don't you try Turdo Jam or Hip Hop Abs.These are fun dvd's and they help you get into shape. Both instructors are high energy and fun to workout with. I have done both workouts and I loved doing them. Hope this helps. Good luck
  • You might need to add good snacks into your program so your body does not think it is starving.Eat more foods so your body can loss weight.
  • Welcome....eat what I can't... Pizza ,Pasta rice...ice cream...Lots of protein shakes for weight gain and lots of seeds and nuts for snacks. And do weight training. You will gain weight.good luck. hug. :)
  • That a really good question. During your workout just make sure you take in your water and then judge how you feel during the day. You might need to add or maybe not.

  • Some times people dont get it. The ones who say they love us try to fill us up with cakes, ice cream and candy. That's what Iam dealing with. Stay strong.That why I stay to myself......:)
  • Try doing some Pilates and Yoga. Do core workouts. I think that will help. I have been doing it for a while and I see the difference. Let me know how it goes. Do more cardio and clean foods. Watch your diet close. You can do this.!!!! Just start mixing up your workouts. That's what Iam doing now. Good luck.
  • You should be alright...This is a time to relax and try meditation and breathing exerices. This will help you place things in focus. Do your upper body workouts with weight and watch your food intake. Eat light and you will be fine. Read and do mind games and puzzles. tc .hug.
  • I buy in bulk whe I can. I bake alot and use my crock pot.You can make great soups and stews in it.I make chicken soup with lots of veggies. Beef stew with veggies. Lamb stew with veggie and rice. Chili with meat and with out. And I bake chicken parts severed with rice and veggies. Hope this helps.

  • You can add different spices to your meals.Try Curry powder, Turmeric, Garlic,Rosemary Bay leaves things like that. nd you try adding different fruits , Veggies and Nuts that you have not tasted before. Add lemons and different oils to your salads.Try new things and see if that helps.

  • I think you should keep at it. You are on track and it will show soon. Don't get upset that it looks like your not doing well. You are losing the weight so keep it up and your BP will show that later. good luck. Stay strong. :)))) Hug.
  • Yu are going to have to add it to your data base. Create a file for it and use a HM to find out youir calores lost.
  • I have hummus and veggs, string cheese, nuts and I love sorbet.
