nope, use PP. like some things about it but dislike others. like the fact that more fruits and veggies have 0 points, but carbs now have more points. some people still rely on Momentum or even older plans. I think as long as you're logging your foods everyday, you'll see results. :) oh, and I'm 5'9" and 175 lbs. :)

LOVE steak! I agree, it's fine in moderation. it does have some "bad" things in it, but it is protein and very satisfying!! enjoy a good steak now and then. :wink:

baby carrots hummus tangerines grapes Flat Out sandwich thins chicken breasts chopped turkey breast meat frozen Green Giant Potato and Green Bean mix....OMG, so good!! These are my go-to foods. I like to shake things up a bit sometimes too. enjoy!!
