  • I do my workouts mostly in the mornings, and I feel awake and energized throughout the rest of the day! I wish I was seeing better weight loss results though. I haven't taken my measurements again, it's too soon, so hopefully my numbers there will go down!
  • It gets easier! She has names, such as criss-cross knee, that are a group of movements that are used in a lot of the videos. It took me about a week to remember all these nicknames. I am uncoordinated to start with, and if I can get it down, I'm CERTAIN you can, too!
  • I got the TurboFire DVD's which are geared more towards women. The same company, Beach Body, makes them and they are a lot of fun! The DVD's come with the resistance bands you need which is nice. It won't make you as bulky as P90X. I like them a lot :) They might take up a bit more time though.
