I agree! I didn't buy the 9s I tried on even though they fit well. I wasn't willing to show my backside when I bent to pick up my baby. Not all jeans are like that, but most in the Junior section are.

I'm 5'5" 148# ...I comfortably wear a size 8 or 9. I have curves, have a more athletic build.

Hi! I'll send a friend request then you can just check out my diary. I'm not saying it's perfect but I fit in a lot of food for the calories. Other friend's diaries have helped me come up with ideas.

From my husband, "I never noticed that bone before." It's nice to have my work being noticed but only men and older women seem to comment.

Sounds delicious! Thanks for sharing the recipe. I have bananas needing to be used (or frozen). After busy holidays, I wasn't in the mood to bake. Pancakes sound perfect.

Welcome! My 9 month old loves to dance. I'll carry him and dance to music. Sometimes I crawl after him, stop to lift him over my head (he's 25#...a good work out) just chasing a little one is exhausting. You could try getting in some sit ups and push ups while your playing on the floor. Little movements add up. You could…

A marathon...Wow! I'm planning on a 10K in May. My husband and I trained for a Thanksgiving 5K using the Couch to 5K program. I've heard coolrunning.com has a marathon training program that is excellent. Good luck and nice ambition!

I've been eating much healthier and exercising more since MFP. I thought I was eating healthy before but my portions were crazy! Maybe if you explain to your friends that the more you exercise the more calories you get for the day, under 1200 calories is not recommended, they'd feel better about it. Sorry you're facing…

I don't know what researchers have found. I don't know what's best for everybody or if there is one way of eating that is best for everyone. I've found that eating 200-300 calories every 2-3 hours works for me. I don't "pig out" or feel overly hungry. Just like exercise, find a healthy way to eat and live that you can…

I've had it set at 4X a week / 60 min a day (4 hrs a week) since I started in July. I actually work out 9+ hours a week (I love working out...). So far it has worked great for me. I'd say just don't set it for more than you are going to work out. Great job on your workouts!

Thanks for the answers and comments. For me I think it's a lack of self-confidence. The better I feel about myself, the more I encourage others. Weight shouldn't matter so much but I think a lot of it was knowing that I wasn't as strong or healthy as I could be. I really appreciate all the encouragement I receive here and…

Thanks~ When I'm with him it doesn't matter what I look like, you can't help but look at him. He's the secret to a good pic. One of my goals is to post a pic of just myself. I know I tend to hide behind my kids...that's not fair for them. Impressive brothers...You should be proud!

Hi! I just wanted to respond so you can see my cute self...no, I don't usually refer to myself as that. I love looking a peoples pics too but understand not everyone's comfortable with that, or maybe they don't have a teenager in the house (like I do) to help them figure out how. Maybe everyone's goal could be to…
