epicurious.com and kitchendaily.com have some good ideas. also, just something to think about, but sometimes the fake meat is just as bad as processed food. using beans or other sources of protein-rich food might fare better the majority of the time. with that said, i can't front. i love me some trader joe's sausageless…

I'd love to keep up with the group. I have about another 75 lbs to go for my main goal. I walk/run regularly, but my issue now is getting the boredom/emotional/ooo-but-it-tastes-so-good! eating under control. :-/
