I'm super out of shape and C25K has really helped me. Once I started dedicating myself to it, I've been losing weight faster and gaining endurance. Not to mention the fact that now, when I'm stressed, I want to run instead of eat. I'm only on Week 2 but I don't plan on stopping!

height 5' 7" starting weight: 285 (jan 3, 2012) current weight: 266 (feb 8, 2012) goal weight is around 150 but i'll probably settle around 170-180 and then see how i'm feeling. i haven't been below 200 since around 7th grade so i don't know what that looks like.
