I am currently deployed in the middle east, and my wife bought me a kindle fire and a new wallet for Valentines day, and I couldn't be any happier, but hey that's just me. Men always need a new wallet, just sayin.

I believe that most people need a "life changing moment" in there lives that enables them to motivate themselves. Only after you have made that lifestyle change is when you need to get motivation and help from others. The beginning is the easy part sticking to it is the hard part.

Make sure you drinking plenty of water, and eating healthy. Start out slow even if its just some brisk walks, and then push yourself a little harder when you feel ready to. Also you could get a trainer some gym's offer them for free.
