Im going on a cruise in less than 2 weeks for over a week and I plan on not gaining a single pound! Im going to work out on the top deck of the ship (they have a running track) and eat extremely clean and stay away from the heavy calorie items but have the occasional drinks. My biggest meal is definitely at dinner time, but I'll have a few snacks before then during the day, but sometimes that changes cause sometimes I'll have a big lunch and I'll just have a snack for dinner like if the husband is gone at night and I dont have to cook a full meal, i'll just have a snack.

I weight myself once a week, usually the same day every week. Though if I know I'm having a very bad week, I won't weigh in that week and just work harder the next week. That if I forget to weigh myself, I'll just wait another week or so.
