Update, if anybody notices.....I couldn't look at the scale when the black weight hit 260, so I stopped watching. I got a peek at my medical records from that night. I was 266 pounds (ouch). But that means I've lost 6 extra pounds!!!!

I did C25K, and just finished my first official 5k on Saturday! 30:22 was my time (not too bad for a 43-year-old former fat guy) I'm adding you now. Go sign up for Endomondo.com - it tracks your runs using the GPS on your phone. That's helped me as well.

I always smile when I see how I look, and I say something like "Looking good....still more work to do, though! Gotta get rid of my front-butt". ("Front-butt" is the nickname I have for the gut that I am still working on. It's a little round and kinda resembles a butt)
