FOX Fantasy leagues are very well-run. Their drafts are easy to do, too. * disclaimer - I work for FOX. But I get no benefit from people using our system. I just like it.

Thanks to EVERYONE....but I wanted to address something in your comment. Cutting out the pop was crucial. I used to drink it a LOT. I only do water now (and Crystal Light Peach Iced Tea - 5 calories per 8 ounces). I don;t even drink the diet stuff. It was my biggest move in getting rid of the major vices.

I don't mean to sound rude....but get a new boyfriend. The most important aspect of a good relationship is mutual respect. He should want you to lose weight because YOU want to lose weight. If he can't support you in something you think is important, then he's not respecting you.

I've done it. It worked like a charm. I now do regular 5K training runs around my neighborhood, and have run two official 5K. Best time is 29:22.

6 foot. 190 seems right, but my Wii Fit says 184.5 is "healthy weight". Hell, if it starts with a 1, I think Im happy

I lost 7 pounds my first week (and 25 pounds my first month). It poured off me, mainly because I went from sitting/eating all day at work to a better lifestyle overnight. My body was in shock.

Lol, thank you.... And I've only lived here two years, so I never saw Riverfront. Born and raised in NE Ohio, so I'm a Tribe fan by nature. Opposite leagues, so I have no conflict in my fandom (except for 6 games a year)

185 pounds. That's the ultimate goal. I'd be thrilled with 199, and I'm already happy with where I am now (206). So I could stop at any time...but as I get thinner and healthier, I just feel better about myself. So I'm going to keep going.

You will be surprised at how fast it can go when you do take it seriously. I dropped 25 pounds in my first month and am at 58 pounds in six months now. Go for it, we've got your back!

I was there, too. I have been stuck twice...once in the 20-30 pound loss area, and once at 54 pounds. It happens, you get stuck. My most recent breakthrough came about because I stepped it up a bit in the exercise and general sweating department. I started running for longer periods of time, a little longer distance, etc.…
