I'm 21, 22 this month, and never had a boyfriend either. I know that it sucks to be alone right now, but i'm almost certain you'll find a lucky guy eventually. I know it's cliche but life is a marathon, not a sprint. The right guy is out there (hopefully for both of us!), it's all about being patient and staying positive…

One of my MFP friends turned me on to Quest bars, and although they're quite expensive, they're delicious and perfectly suited for my diet & exercise plan. Cookies and cream flavour are my favourite. :smile: :cookie:

Scales, and a gym membership. I'm so much more motivated to work out in a place that i'm paying for.

Relax, and go slower. Too many people think that the quicker they run the faster they'll improve.. I disagree. It's all about pacing and gradually going further each time.

Well I live in the UK and i'm 20, been technically unemployed for a year. Had 3 interviews, no success. Spend at least an hour every day job searching, hand my CV's out in person, in work clothes, as often as possible. Willing to adapt, be trained and relocate, etc. I think the problem is people get an idea in their head…

I think that's one of the biggest issues, the fact that sweets are there as an incentive. Of course they are considered as 'treats' and there's nothing wrong with that, but I don't think a bar of chocolate should be a reward for intelligence or whatever. I guess you just need to find the balance between sweets and a stick…

Because everyone wants to be seen as desirable to the opposite/same sex (whatever their orientation), and therefore they show off their best features, which in some girls' case, is breasts. It's not really a hard question, just think about it.
