Hi all Just got back from my road trip. Did great with eating well. Did some stairs at the hockey games, but people were looking at me funny.:smile: Didn't do so great on water and had some drinks. I managed to maintain and am looking forward to losing big next week! Good luck tomorrow everyone!

SW: 236 Today: 233.4 Lost: 2.6 Finally got back into excercising the last couple of days. I have really struggled to get back into healthy eating and working out since Xmas. This group has definitely helped me focus more!

Hi green team! Good luck on the water challenge. I started drinking my 8 glasses over a year ago and now i don't even think about it. I always have a glass off water with me. I start with 16 oz first thing in the morning while taking my vitamins. Just wondering who our team leader is? Go Green!

I have had a very bad week, had a lot of stress eating and not enough exercise to work it off. All my stats have stayed the same exercise minutes 135.
