Looks like you consume alot of calories but not alot of food. Are you a vegetarian? I say ditch all the chips and eat more fruits and veggies!

I use Vegan Smart All in one. It is protein with vitamins, super food complex, probiotics, amino acid profile. Tastes really good! I get it at Vitamin Shoppe $30, and you'll have to add your own banana! Otherwise look for a whey isolate, they remove the lactose and have little to no cholesterol!

If you want a program to follow that is excellent for introducing you to weights, I used Chalean Extreme. I got mine on ebay for like $30, I'm currently doing a hybrid of CLX and T25.... My husband even did this with me and said it's a good program :)

I like to make a big pot of Steel cut oats on sunday and refridgerate it. Then in the morning measure out a portion add some almond milk and warm up in the microwave! For extra protein add a scoop of protein powder, I make a side of egg whites with mine :)
