what about crunches?

I cook a bunch of chicken breasts on Sunday too, I have learned to undercook them a little (by 5 mins) then I put them in bags, weigh them, and freeze. thaw in fridge overnight and heat in microwave for 2 minutes, works great!

LOL, no wonder my kids are so skinny!

I'm 38, 5'2 working on my last 10 pounds!

I had to come back and check this thread. Unfortunaltly I knew there would be some strong opinions! Thanks for the effort, I meal prep on Sundays, cook a bunch of chicken and chop veggies/ fruits. Makes the week go smoother. If anyone cares I plan dinners for the week and if there's a bunch of prepping to do for a meal…

Exactly, it's a shame. I will ocassionally use a MRS on the weekends for lunch when I'm running my kids here and there and I want to avoid fast food. I use either Shakeology, or Vegan Smart. Just make sure whatever you use isn't loaded with unknown ingredients. Do what works best for you, like I was so kindly reminded the…

Yeah I read the thread and looked at her diary, she's way over and inaccurate. Its amazing how people crucify you for suggesting a little clean eating. You don't have to be so exact with your measurements when your eating whole foods. Palm size serving of lean meat, one piece of fruit, handful of nuts. If measuring and…

Well since eating crap at a deficit isn't working for her..... For me if I eat junk I don't lose weight, I feel bloated and my performance suffers in my workouts. When I eat good healthy food my body responds much better to my efforts. That's all I'm saying!

"Skinnytaste.com" my go to, keeps hubby happy and kids even eat most of it

Donuts, potato chips, pizza OH MY! You need to weigh/ measure everything! Try cutting out some of the crap, you take in alot of sodium! One day you were over by almost 2000 caloires, it only takes 3500 to equal 1 pound, and you were over a couple other days too, it adds up. Allow yourself a "cheat" once a week, not…

I don't ususally count calories burned from normal daily activities such as getting and walking around the office. I would leave it where it is and only count calories from actual exercise. I'm a nurse so I have mine set at "lightly active".

Pre plan your weekend! Try to prep some healthy foods you can grab when everyone else is eating McDonalds (this happens in my house) Allow yourself one meal over the weekend to indulge a little on, that will help you stay on track the rest of the time. If you know you're going to a certain resturant look the menu up ahead…

Go for a 90/10 plan. As long as you eat healthy 90% of the time you should have some success! I'm a firm believer fitness/ weightloss starts in the kitchen. I faithfully exercise but don't see results if I don't eat right. Also try some strength training with your cardio, it helps increase your metabolism. NO CABBAGE SOUP,…

I get up at 4am, and I get woken up at LEAST once every night! I actually feel so much better during the day. On the weekends I sleep in a little and if my kids get up while I'm working out, they have learned where to find me. And alot of the time they like to join in!

I saw a picture of myself and couldn't believe what I saw, I had avoided the scale, and I guess chose to ignore the fact I had to keep buying bigger pants!!!!

Over the last 2 years I have lowered my cholesterol 40 points with diet and exercise alone. You can do it! Also you can customize your diary settings, I set my cholesterol to 300, you can show it on your diary page to make sure you stay in check

I like to use Sun Warrior Blend, it's Vegan and has hemp in it. I'm lactose intolerant and whey doesn't agree with me!

There's no quick fix, you have to eat healthy and put the work in. Be honest, patient and consistant. Never use Slimfast, a can full of chemicals is never a healthy choice.
