I am 300 grams away from my first goal and my first reward. Hubby better get his wallet out, I think it will happen this week :)

Today I used map my run to see how far I'm getting in my 30 mins and it's 4.2km! Even at the slow pace I'm doing now I'm nearly at the distance. How fantastic :)

It was much better! Cooked in chicken stock with some onion, garlic, corn and lemon. So I have done 1 food and 1 workout. 1 of each to go!

I couldn't get much weight into my pack so I loaded the kids into the monster pusher and used their weight. Worked out to around 45kg/77 pounds. Man oh man did it effect my effort. I was a lot slower, I was puffing, my legs were aching and I was a sweaty mess. The hill nearly did me in, I had to stop every few steps.…

The more the merrier hope. I'm a bit stuck doing it this week as I have the kids by myself and I can't jog with a double pusher and a dog :) hopefully we are back to normal tomorrow

As there is no way I can cram 75 pounds into my backpack, I will put as many cans as I can in and wear it while I walk the dog. I've only recently been able to make it up the hill without stopping so we shall see what happens!

My gym class last night has a core section and man can I feel my abs today. Was it hitting myself in the stomach with a bar bell? Was it the situps? Was it too much breakfast? We might never know......

I want to loose about 10.4kg to get me under 100kg. I will do it by walking/jogging each day, going to the gym at least 3 times a week and cutting sugar and snacks from my diet. My treat for under 100 is a day at the hot springs, but if I make it by Easter Monday I will add in a spa treatment, I'm thinking a mud wrap!

im getting around 2 pounds a week but im sure it could be better if I cut out the snacks. They fit into my calories but really, they do nothing for me. So as of today I am cutting chips, cookies, cake, desserts etc. Snacks have to be fruit or something healthy. I also joined a gym last night to build some muscle, im good…

Just did a MMA class and I loved it! So much fun, can't wait to do it again :)

Stupidly left my phone at work over the long weekend, instead of skipping my workouts I'm still doing them but jogging as far as I can, then walking a bit, then jogging again. I think I'm actually jogging longer and walking less then my stage of the program, so I'm happy I'm on track.

I walk or run every day. Plus 30 day shred. Last week I did a free trial the the gym and tried some classes.
