I'm due April 12, 14 and 15 - they can't decide

26 weeks with #3 and boy was it a surprise! Went from a low carb high protein diet to an all carb all the time diet in the first 14 weeks as the sight, smell and taste of anything meat based turned my stomach. Lots of mashed potato and toast

Hi patty I have lost 145 pounds with the sleeve. Feel free to add me or ask questions, I'm 16 months out
-
I am 100% honest - I see a dietician, I am very careful what I eat, I exercise. All of this is totally true and it's all they need to know.
-
You may friend me if you like, I'm in maintenance now so I data little more than you, and a little less strict
-
My dietician was a strict 3 meals a day one but when I couldn't get 800 cals a day I swapped to 6 meals a day and it really worked. I still eat every 3 hours
-
Me too :)
-
We had a great time and it wasn't as hard as I feared. 10km next year!
-
2 days in and I am manageing about 25 mins of walking. Will keep that up till surgery date, take 5 days off then keep going. My goal is 5k a day by the end of the month
-
Not going well. Gallbladder is killing so no exercise.

My husband has expressed concern at a 20kg loss, he thinks I need to stop now. I am going to change my focus a bit and rather than worry about the cales I will focus on fitness. Strength and cardio.
-
I will commit to 2 things. Health - I still struggle badly with sugar so I commit to really making an effort to reduce my chocolate intake. Fitness - I commit to 4 training sessions a week as a base. 7 wold be ideal but not achievable on a regular basis. I just got a new DVD and hrm to help me
-
I have fallen back into bad habits lately and while i am still loosing its very, very slow. I have got to cut the junk :)
-
Yay pancakes go for it! 69 really is a stretch, it's well below what I was aiming for originally but I was in a bit of a mood the other day and now I've said 20 kilos I'm going to go for it! I've started exercising again so hopefully that will help. If I can get he 44 pounds that will make 160 pounds lost in 18 months,!

Ive just had a chat with my dietician and she thinks my crazy sugar cravings are due to a lack of protein. She has suggested that I increase my protein and increase my daily calories to curb my sugar slips and boost my loss. So I am now on 80g protein a day and 1000-1200 claories. I am going to try it for the rest of the…

lol i have had a few slips but just keep trying

6 hours to go, looking forward to it now, may not be tomorrow when I want choccy!

Sleeved October 2012, lost 118lb/53kg since I started pre op diet. Now sitting in a 5 week stall, just can't get under 90kg/198lb and stay there.
-
Hit target weeks ago. Hoping to add another 2
-
I stopped checking in because everyone went away. but if people are around I guess we can keep going. I'm down 118 pounds so far, 33 to go. My exercise has dropped off due to the weather

I logged while pregnant, helped me ensure I was getting enough of the good stuff. I was over weight to start so over the course of my pregnancy I actually lst 4kg. Not from dieting, just focusing on the healthy.
-
Annoying isn't it? Lol, I'd love my belly and thighs to shrink as fast as my arms and boobs, but it's not happening. Just be as healthy as you can, move your body and change will happen..
-
Not going to happen! I have zero interest in looking like a walking skeleton. I'm a 16 now and family think it's time to stop. I will aim for 12. I want to be healthy, not "skinny"
-
Self sabotage was my theme this week. I had to loose 200g to hit 50kg lost. I ate chocolate, cake, Doritos etc all week, now I'm 800g from my goal. Frustrating ur I kew I was doing it. So this week it's not about the numbers, it's about protein and water.

264 POUNDS. I had a sore bum to start but it got better. Definately take the rest days the app suggests so you can recover. I started in november and now run 5 days a week.
-
A week late but Easter goal is achieved by more than a kilo!
-
2.4kg down! Wish I knew how I did it
-
Smashed it! 2.4kg lost, exercised every day. Calories a little low
-
Mmmmm, yesterday I definitely got the exercise in-4 hours walking around the zoo. Tracked it as 45 mins slow pace. Food not as good. Still feeling a bit off so didn't eat much but still managed an Easter egg :) Lol today I have managed exercise and I'm off to a good start with food.

My dietician had me on a very low calorie diet. When I saw her at the 5 month mark and told her my exercise she immediately doubled my calorie intake. She didn't explain it and I have been reluctant to do it as my loss has slowed, but I see now I might have slowed because I don't eat enough. I guess I will try eating a bit…
