Weather was not good this morning so I rode stationary bike for 8 miles instead of walking. Went to Walmart and got Leslie Sansone walk at home dvd and a set of wrist weights today. This way, I can do the my walking miles rain or shine. Looking forward to trying the DVD

Got my day3 walk in early today. Took a different route that involved two steep hills - I was dripping by the end. Thank goodness for the samba and soca music to keep me moving. Think I'll go back to the no incline walking route tomorrow. Found two handy online tools for finding/planning walking routes.…

I'm trying to make exercise and healthy diet part of my life and I like walking so this is good motivation to get out and move every day. I'm based in CT so weather for walking is good this time of year. Maybe I'll take a stroll to set the pedometer this afternoon. Thanks for setting this up!
