We're in the same place! I started 173, am 156, and have a current goal of 115-120. :) I've never actually been at an ideal weight in my entire life, with my thinnest at 115-120 (and slightly pudgy) when I was a teenager. So I figure that's as good a place as any to aim for now.

Drinking too much makes me feel bloated and uncomfortable. The habit's carried over into adulthood, and on top of that, I'm not used to drinking plain water having grown…

It tells me to load up on meat when I am much happier eating fruit, dairy, veg, grain and nuts. I think I'll pass on this one.

All women are real women. But when I think of curves, I think someone like Scarlett Johansson or Christina Hendricks.

What a beautiful post. This part rang so true: "How many of you started out small and thought you were fat because you didn't love yourself, and would give anything to return to that weight?" I was 115-120 lbs at almost 5'0 in high school, and was constantly called chubby, ugly, fat, even "whale" by classmates. My self…

Long before my weight loss journey, there would be some days where the only thing I'd drink were milkshakes. When at ice cream parlors & fast food joints, I'd sometimes order a milkshake AND a sundae or blizzard. And this was on top of fatty foods like burgers & fries! Sometimes I would buy a dozen fresh Krispy Kreme…
