  • i can't speak from experience (if i worked out at 5am my kids would all run out of their rooms asking for breakfast ! :laugh: ) but how about leaving your bikini next to the alarm? i'd definitely set everything out the night before -workout clothes/shoes, water bottle filled in fridge- so you're mentally prepare for it…

  • ok so i promised an update... from warm up to cool down (54min) i burned 510 calories. i was really pushing myself the entire time. and i'm 5'8" 127. mfp's database gives me 363 calories burned for high impact aerobics.

  • this used to drive me crazy too!!! then, when my son was 5 he was diagnosed with severe dyslexia (he's in the 5th grade now). the thing is... yes grammar is a very important skill to learn. but for some, it's extremely difficult. and content is way more important than context.

  • i bought my polar heart rate monitor today (finally!) ...and decided to try it out by jumping on our trampoline with my 7 yr old daughter. of course we had a blast and in just 10 minutes i burned 103 calories!!! that's right up there with jumping rope, so while it's not equivalent to a 30 min run, it's great way to get…
