thats great i wish i could get down below a 10 but that seems to be where my body stops (although at the moment im stuck at a 12 and i cant get my weight loss going again)

It really is its hard to deal with and stay motivated when i get stick for it everywhere I go as all my friends and colleagues eat whatevre they are given. Im constantly saying can i have it without this and without that....... Ive a sensitive stomache too so i cant eat curries or spicy foods either as they make me ill.

Lol i just eat them with different sauces or cook my vegies differently or say with chicken - id have enchiladas one day a dinner the next, pasta bake the following. I make my own sauces too

haha yeah im serious my diet consists of mailnly (there are other things): Chicken, potatoes, salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber) cheese, pastas, bacon, pork, bratwurst, carrots brocolli, cauli, cabbage yorkshire puddings, eggs, garlic, bread (lots) noodles pizza! Mainly dont eat those other foods because i dont like them…

I never think of an omlette as a main in a meal - usually eat for lunch on its own. Are there any foods that naturally help you loose weight ?
