You are doing great! I'm 5'3 and weigh 130lbs. My goal weight is 125. I am a size 4. My goal is to have my measurement in proportion. I need to lose one inch off my waist and hips. Good luck!

I would have a slice of whole wheat bread. If I knew I didn't need the extra calories, and wanted to kill my appetite, I would brush my teeth or clean the kitchen sink with chlorox bleach. The odor of the bleach really makes me forget I had hunger pangs.

I have not learned this yet. I started this website 5 days ago, noticing they're were minus numbers in the breakdown columns, but I caloric intake was OK. I could use some advice as well.
