  • Hi, I also have IBS. I have found that as long as I keep my fiber where it should be things go pretty well for me. I know that there are rx's out there, but I am not much for medications. Good luck. :wink:

  • I bought a heart rate monitor with the chest strap and I love it. My husband has a wrist one and every now and then while he is exercising he has to put his finger on it to check his pulse. I would definately recommend the one with the chest strap. I got mine at buy.com (another MFP person had recommended it) for 30…

  • I babysit for one family on my days off and they pay me $2/hr per child. On the days that my children go to daycare I get charged $2/hr. Which in the area that I live in is the norm. Maybe you should start charging by the hour. :smile:

  • I got overweight because I didn't care what I ate. Now that I am on this site I realize how terrrible I was eating. Now that I am making better choices it is hard to eat 2000 calories. So, to me it does make perfect sense to say that it is now hard to eat 2000 calories.
