  • When I hit my first milestone I am taking my family to an amusement park and show them that I can finally fit on all the rides! As you can see in my picture we went last year and I could go on a few rides. :frown: Not sure after that, one step at a time. :smile:

  • I don't know anything about the Fitness Ultimatum, but I love my Wii Active. It really kicks your butt. I can't say much for the animated trainer, but it sure does work you out. I do the 30 day challenge and find that it is motivating.

  • If I were you I would not count that as exercise. I know that bartending can get pretty hectic, but your heart rate is usually not consistently elavated. Sorry if I am a downer.

  • I asked this same question a month ago and one of the responses I got was that maybe I was losing viseral fat. This is the fat around your organs. This is the worst fat. So, I guess if what the lady told me is true I guess I am happy to be losing the worst fat. :smile: Good luck on the rest of your weight loss.
  • I use my HRM when I do the workout and it always says that I really did 1.5 to 2 times what the wii says. My guess is that it is hard for the wii to measure because it really can't tell what you heart rate is. I would recommend getting a HRM. You can get a nice one that doesn't cost that much money.   • I'm sorry things are rough for you right now, but good for you for not giving into temptation. I know how easy it would be to just let go. I felt the same way a few weeks ago when I found out my hours were getting cut at work. We just need to hold on and use each other for support. You and your coworkers are in my prayers.
