You can do it, you are in the right place. I lost most my weight from just tracking everything I was eating, keeping my water in take up and doing exercise (even just walking to the shops instead of getting a bus). I'm looking to lose about 80lbs - 90lbs. Feel free to add :)

Weekends USED to be tough. I work weekends and once I got my colleague on board and being supportive we motivate each other into eating healthy. Once you have people who are going on the with you and motivate you it will make it x10 easier! :)
