  • One thing that I failed to mention was that my calorie counts were WAY off on my exercise. I was going by what the exercise bike was giving me, and did not get accurate calorie figures until I purchased a HRM this past weekend. sorry for the confusion about that.

  • Just picked up a copy of F Scott Fitzgerald's "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and other short stories" (is actually pretty good)
  • The bike is about the only machine that I am currently using at the gym. I burn more calories in the same amount of time biking than I do on the treadmill, and am just plain skert of the eliptical.
