I'm about to start my 90 days over again.. I started with 10 lbs and then I thought I was wonder woman and three weeks in I switched it up to 20 lbs. Today I had Shakeology with water, a Coco multigrain cake with Chocolate Pb2 and half a banana totalling 256 calories. I am back on my diet because I just got engaged so I have no excuse now! LOL

Before 5a workout: one wasa hearty crispbread, one wedge of laughing cow queso. After workout: 1/2 cup of kashi go lean, 1/4 cup of light vanilla soy milk and a 1/2 cup of strawberries sweetened with one packet of truvia!
