Doing crunches and belly dancing is for toning the abdominal area. Try to do more of it cause belly fat are the most difficult to get rid for me.

I cut down on my meat intake and actually put in some green leafy veggies more on my diet. I lost a lot of lbs at first but now its slowing down. I think my body has adjusted to my new lifestyle.

Thanks Sherry. Now that you mentioned water I have not been drinking much of it for awhile. I was in to diet sodas and the like.
