One of my go to's is Hint Water. Lightly flavored but no artificial sweeteners or sugar. Still zero cal, but way more fun that plain water. My personal favorite flavors are watermelon and blackberry!

This! I love the sugar free caramel flavored syrup in 1% milk. There's a frozen custard shop just down from my office that has the best Caramel Shakes, and this tastes a whole lot like it. Not as thick of course, but kicks the craving.

Put a little bit of olive oil in your skillet over med heat. Season your chicken as you'd like, sear the one side, then flip it, put a lid on it, turn the heat all the way down, set a timer for 10 mins and walk away. I've never cooked a dry piece of chicken since I found this trick on pinterest.

I've been mixing the Hidden Valley Ranch Mix packet with fat free sour cream and skim milk. I like it just as well as regular bottled Hidden Valley.
