Mangosteen is my fave. I eat a lot of those when I last visited the Philippines. I think It's only found in tropical countries.

I like this idea! I am on the 3rd floor. If I'm running late I usually take the stairs and run up instead of waiting for elevator to come down. Heels can get in the way sometimes. I like the weights I think Ill get one just for work! thanks

I usually wear tight pencil skirts at work. It might look funny with me bouncing on it wearing skirts. But sounds fun!

Don't give up! Chocolates usually help cheer you up. It stimulates your happy hormones. Just don't eat too much of it though. Job can sometimes get on our nerves I can relate to that. If its too much already why not quit it. It's not worth the added lbs and added wrinkles.

I'm new to this site. And I cant help but say I like this Idea! Why didn't I think of this. I don't like exercise but I do like being in the water. If doing flutter kicks in the water can work on my abs then this is the first thing I will do. This site keeps getting better.

I'm also new to MFP. I have just been reading success stories on this site. I do hope It goes well for me too. I have started drinking more water than sodas. I have cut down on my coffee intake as well but caffeine is addictive.
