HA! Nice to see I am not the only one using this as motivation. Last July I had to fly from Seattle to Dallas and I felt terrible for the folks that had to sit next to me. Trying to get down to about 225-230. Height - 6'5 Start weight - 355 Current - 269 TShirt size before 3-4 xlt After/during - 2xlt (getting close to an xlt) Jean before - 44" 34" (they were getting snug when I started) After/during - bought a pair of 38's on Friday and they are loose on me.

I had been in a bit of a plateau over the past couple of weeks. I have had one or two since I started back in July of 2011, but nothing that lasted longer than a week. I was a bit skeptical of the calorie number that MFP was giving me for strength training under the cardio category. I decided to lift weights with my HRM on today to see how the numbers matched up. I was pleasantly surprised to find that MFP was only overestimating by about 45 calories.
