They deleted all of my diary entries, feel like they were stolen from me. Hundreds of posts with milestones, successes, struggles, kids being born....all gone. Been on here since 2010. Now I'm gone.

Walk, walk, walk...then move on to other cardio when he's ready. I lost the majority of my weight just by walking.

My plan was pretty simple exercise daily (usually just simple walking/light jogging), stick to my calorie goal (2lbs per week loss), and watching my sodium intake. Cardio was the key and simple strength training to tighten up.

Dead animals....I freak out (on the inside). It's almost like my mind panics and freezes up for a few seconds. I get the whole fight or flight reaction when there's really nothing to fight. I had a older brother who would chase me dead animals when I was a kid.. It's quite possible that's where it all started. ;)
