At least your actually working out..I am still trying to get my workouts happening. I and on day 13 and cheated the other day eating chicken with the skin...It was soooo good and ye si do feel bad but all i can do is pretend i didnt and get back on my routine...You can do it girl, dont beat yourself up:)

How is your 17 day diet going? I am on day 12 and found myself soooo sick of salad and veggies that im started to cheat. Im so bad at looking for new recipes and feel all I do is cook meet and veggies my family is hating it..hahah I am down 7 lbs however just not sure how long ill keep it off...Any advice??? Melissa

:smile: What I like to do is take some red grapes, wash them and put some in a snack size zip lock bag and put in freezer....When it comes time to snack, grab your frozen grapes and enjoy. It takes like candy. Enjoy
