HAHAHAHA! ME TOO! I still had maternity clothes in my closet that I wore (my youngest will be 5 in June) and men's 3x t-shirts. I am nowhere NEAR my goal yet, but i am dressing skinny now, and wearing much better clothes and I look a lot better already.

LOL that's great! I keep thinking of those 5lbs of fat vs 5lbs of lean muscle pictures. I did that calculation that HelloItsDan recommends, and it calculated how MUCH fat I have on my body, and its ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING omg. Over 100 pounds!!! SERIOUSLY!

From everything I have read and experienced, the way to bust a plateau is CHANGE. First, you really may be eating too little. Try going up to maintenance calories for 2 weeks or so. I fight with myself every day, too. I hit the snooze, repeatedly. I moan and groan in my mind, and then I just tell myself just try 5 minutes, and then by the time the 5 minutes is up I am usually ready to complete the rest of the workout. And then, its over with! :)

OGH THAT STINKS. I would complain too. Onc when I was pregnant, I was being weighed by the nurse and she said "Oh MY" when she saw my weight gain and I was mortified! I left that practice to find another one after that. Don't let that jack@$$'s comment keep you from going back.
