Well, i am not a success story yet, but my mother swears she is going to take scissors to all my clothing (baggy t-shirts, jammie pants and sweats) and make me buy stylish clothes! :D

I don't necessarily have a cheat day either, but if I am going out with my best friend on a Saturday night, I will allow myself to cheat for one meal. I exercise usually 7 days a week, for over an hour a day, and so on the occasional Saturday if I go over my calorie goal by a little, I don't feel too bad. Plus, that helps…

I love to make an omlette with liquid eggs (no cholesterol), mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic salt, onion and spinach. Then right at the end I add a 1/4 of feta cheese. Its healthy and high in protein.

I work out at least 6 days a week, walking for about 75 min, with weights for at least 2 miles, 4.0 mph. IMO - unless you are diabetic, you should probably worry more about tracking carbs and fat and protein.
