Bump.... I have serveral friends who've had the surgery and I'm still hard at work at my weight loss or lack there of....I really feel it is a cop-out for those who can move and get around. I think the surgery should only be given as an option if its something that is life threating or for the extremely obese 350+

I love that the classes I take the instructors know my name and will push me when they see I'm not giving a 100%. I love how I went by myself and made friends there. I love my gym!! LOL. I love dance'n step and body pump!
