I don't think you should worry about carbs as much as long as they are healthy. You do need some carbs! Watch the sugar!

To Do: Eat more Eat veggies, fruit, grains (pair food correctly) Maybe up the exercise Drink alot of water (also green tea) BE PATIENT - alot of weight may fall off at once. That is what happened to me!

It's not totally simple! I buy health food for myself and also buy some food my husband will eat. Luckily, he eats almost anything I buy but not alot of my food :) The money part stinks but I do it anyway! If you want to eat healthy then you do what you have to do! Maybe make healthier meals that your huband will eat also.…

I would choose a treadmill and also buy some free weights. Cardio after weight lifting = GOOD! ;)

Starting the past 6 months or whatever there have been times where I only eat 4 times a day and it actually really gets to me. I know it sounds nuts!

What I am about to bring up could be a whole different post haha. I feel overly focused on how many hours apart I eat and how many times a day to eat. When I started eating 5 times a day like 3 years ago I lost weight (along with working out of course). Ever since then it has taken over my mind! It kinda sucks haha.
