I only used 45 lbs to start because I waned to get the form. I will have to ask for someone to spot if I want to increase my weight blahh haha.

The thing I get most annoyed with our the people who sit on machines foreverand do nothing as well as those who walk like turtles on the tredmil while on the phone. Makes my blood boil!!! Cute made up girls doing nothing make me think "hmmm ok" but that ends in a second and I continue on :)

I did not go over my knees. I try not to because my knees hurt easily and if I do not do a leg exercise properly I feel it. I guess I am scared to let them go over my knees but I will trust that it will be fine to do that. How far apart are your legs? I started training years ago. After my trainer I continued to do it…

I do believe I know what you mean..hopefully! I truly wish I would have tried this a long time ago!! I always made sure my knees did not go over my feet but this is much easier for me and feels better! Although I did hit the bar off the back of my neck by accident haha.

I drink a whey shake afterwards. I eat like an hour or 2 before a workout.

I have been the same way as you all forever now. This is a thread I have been waiting for. I will stand there sometimes and think "Am I crazy over my lifestyle? Can I ever eat something bad and not want to smack myself?" SO MANY THOUGHTS! I am sick of the thinking process!

I eat 4-6 times a day. If you saw the breakfast I eat you would not believe it haha. I take 2 rest days during the week.

I know I keep answering all of these questions with yes I do this and yes I do that..but it is because I honestly feel I am so good with all of these things. I drink water like a camel haha. Yes you are right about water though..it is a miracle drug!

I don't know how to post the actual food log. I eat veggies at every meal and lean meat about twice a day. I have always had mood swings ha.

I actually go to the doctor's tomorrow. Then again, like you guys have said, not every day can be SO energetic in the gym. Yesterday I also did push-ups and struggled for 10! Just wanted to know that I am not the only one out there who experiences the tired feeling :)

I know..but it is so frustrating. At least I go through the whole workout ha. I have been working on my food balance forever now so hopefully that is not it. I even eat the power foods that people should be eating everyday.

I have been doing this for awhile man :) I ALWAYS warm up! My diet is pretty damn good also. That is why I don't get why I feel that way sometimes. I appreciate it though!

I have always been told to worrkout even if your muscles are sore. It is actually supposed to be good for sore muscles. Sometimes my legs are very sore from my circuits and I do intervals the very next day.
