That is why I said it is not a good idea haha. It is hard to do anything the day after a leg workout but I make myself do HIIT! I did a leg workout last week and it must have been good because I felt like I was walking like Frankenstein ha! But back to the cardio thing...I think it helps after other strength sessions.

So you kind of do the Full Body. I switch but mainly love split workouts! Legs are tough but it is the best body part I have so I HAVE to be tough with leg day haha.

I believe it because it's easy to do! I used to be able to drink more but within the past year (for the mostpart) my body is done after 2 glasses. It is kinda weird haha. But then again, there are weekends that I can take back alot of beer! Beer makes me extremely full so I don't drink it unless I am at a bar.

I also believe cardio can be done in the morning and weights later. I would not do cardio and weights immediately after!

Hell yes!!!! But not the best idea to do HIIT on leg days! When I lift, I love to finish with whatever cardio I can do!

Ok number 1, I am not stupid and I know it contain s calories. Red wine is good for you in moderation. I wondered exactly how much it actually does affect us. I don't know what you mean by fooling myself. I did not say a thing about that.

I lost more weight when I cut down a ton (which happens the older you get I believe:). There are weekends I drink 2 glasses total and some weekends I drink a bit more. I trained myself to not snack during drinking if I am home. Now if I am out and come home aftering drinking, that is another story sometimes haha. I do know…

I mean I know it causes weight gain but even a few glasses on weekends? I don't know if I can give up the red wine haha. I guess it's a sacrafice :)

I add them all as circuit exercises under my exercises (ex: leg circuit/plyo/chest-shoulder-triceps circuit). Then I will check the box next to the workout I did under cardio. It will say you did cardio including one of the exercises you checked. If you put a check next to 3 different exercises, it will show one. I really…

I have the Nike Vomero 5. I hated Nike for years and then 2 years ago I started loving them. I still feel I could find better for my feet. I have to spend money for good shoes! I will look into these, thanks!

I have asked that question before! I wish it logged that time because it's what I do the most! I have to put it under cardio which then the posts show you did a bunch of cardio and mentions the weight lifting but not in the way you will want it. It is weird!

I agree which is why I asked the same question about low carbs. I feel a variety would be much healthier! Combine grains, good carbs, & protein. Watch the carbs at night!

It is my opinion. I am going with what worked for me. I lost 60 lbs from eating every 2- 4 hours and exercising. I have always had my biggest meal at breakfast. If it does not work for others than something else will. Thank you for not tearing me apart like others have ":)
