I also advise to eat more food. you could try spacing out your meals to every 2-4 hours. It doesn't hurt to experiement with different methods. Once again, this is what helped me personally :) I lost many inches this way! (Including exercise of course!)

Not here to argue and tell you my advice is the absolute right way to go. I believe I said it worked for me. I absolutely believe breakfast is important in my opinion. No need for rudeness from people who joined on "Jul 2011".

My suggestion for cardio at least twice a week are intervals. I promise you will see results if you do intervals on a cardio machine! Unless you are already doing them now??

And add strength training as mentioned already!!! It truly helps with losing inches!

Number one, you should always eat breakfast! It is honestly very impotant and it jump-starts the metabolism. Even if you are not hungry, at least eat something small like fruit, oatmeal, or a few eggs! I believe squats, walking lunges, and deadlifts (either type) are a must. After the leg workout do an incline walk on the tredmil or any type of cardio for that matter. I agree with not buying things that will tempt you. I have an addiction to peanut butter and when it's around I eat it with a spoon! When I don't have it I can live without it! You CAN have a cheat day (not going totally crazy) or meal once a week I believe.

I also use that rule..hence the big breakfast :) I eat about 4-5 times a day. I actually just joined this website and am overwhelmed with all of the information I have seen and so quickly. It is awesome!

I have actually eaten the breakfast listed above for the past 3-4 years. I have always used olive oil and it has worked for me. I just recently heard to use butter so that is why I asked. It sounded odd but who knows! I have also been lifting for years now so I believe I have to eat a huge breakfast.

I have not used butter in years, only oil and spray. I bought Promise butter yesterday and only used a tiny bit but I have a feeling I will have a hard time making myself use butter!
